(April 16, 2012)

The Annual Shareholders’ meeting of Rich Land Bancorp, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, TrustBank, was held on Monday April 16, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.  Bruce Runyon, President and Chief Executive Officer of TrustBank, reported that 2011 income was $2,185,000. Total assets at December 31, 2011 were $168,318,000.  A review of the current state of the company was provided detailing the recent strategies of accomplishing TrustBank’s vision of:  “Providing Premier Financial Products with Superior Service”.

The following were elected to the Board of Directors:  Charles W. Diel, Daniel G. Eagleson, C.L. Glover, Jr., Robert J. Glovitz, John S. Kermicle, Gregory T. Kuenstler, Bruce A. Runyon, Steven L. Schonert, Edward E. Shake and Michael J. Thomas.

The Directors appointed the following officers at the Organizational Meeting:  Chairman of the Board, C.L. Glover, Jr.; President and CEO, Bruce A. Runyon; Executive Vice President/Chief Risk Officer, Deborah A. Mitchell; Chief Financial Officer, Emily J. Stephenson; Chief Operations Officer, Jason M. Kern; Senior Vice President, Larry F. By operation of federal law, beginning January 1, 2013, funds deposited in a noninterest-bearing transaction account (including an Interest on Lawyer Trust Account) no longer will receive unlimited deposit insurance coverage by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Beginning January 1, 2013, all of a depositor's accounts at an insured depository institution, including all noninterest-bearing accounts, will be insured by the FDIC up to the standard maximum deposit insurance amount ($250,000), for each deposit insurance ownership category.
