Wilfred J. Cross Elected to TrustBank Board of Directors

Bruce A. Runyon, President and CEO of TrustBank, announced today the
election of Wilfred J. Cross to the TrustBank Board of Directors.
The election was made at the Bank's Annual Shareholders' Meeting held
April 15, 2002.
Mr.
Cross joins TrustBank's Board with over forty years of experience
in the banking industry. Cross was employed by First National Bank
of Oblong from 1959 - 1998 and was promoted to President in 1978.
He retired from First National Bank of Oblong in 1998.
Cross currently
serves on the Board of Independent Bankers' Bank of Illinois. Throughout
his banking, he has served on numerous boards, including Community
Bankers Association of Illinois, Independent Bankers Association
of America, First Natonal Bank of Oblong, Mary Heath Foundation,
Oil Field Museum, Oblong School Academic Foundation, Crawford County
911 Board, and the Crawford County Fair Board.
After graduating
from Oblong Township HIgh School in 1950, Cross attended University
of Illinois School of Engineering. He attended Illinois Bankers
School at Southern Illinois University and Graduate School of Banking
in Madison, Wisconsin.
Cross and his
wife, Shirley, currently reside in Oblong, Illinois. They have 2
sons, Jay and wife, Lynne, and John and wife, Karen. They have two
granddaughters, Whittney and Taylor and one grandson, William.
