TrustBank Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
(April 17, 2006)
The Annual Shareholders’ meeting of Rich Land Bancorp,
Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, TrustBank, was held on
Monday April 17, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Bruce Runyon, President and
Chief Executive Officer of TrustBank, reported that the total
assets at December 31, 2005 were $131,676,000 – representing
a 3.95% increase in the 12 month period. Capital grew by 7.43%
during the same time period to end the year at $16,556,000.
The
following were elected to the Board of Directors: Martin Atwood,
Eddie Burgener, Mike Doll, Dan Eagleson, C.L. Glover,
Jr., John S. Kermicle, Greg Kuenstler, Bruce Runyon, Steve Schonert,
and Ed Shake.
The
Directors appointed the following officers at the Organizational
Meeting: Chairman of the Board, C.L. Glover, Jr.; President and
CEO, Bruce A. Runyon; Executive Vice President, Gregory T. Kuenstler;
Senior Vice President, Larry F. Volk; Vice President/Risk Management,
