TrustBank Annual Shareholders' Meeting
(April 21, 2003)
The Annual Shareholders meeting of Rich Land Bancorp, Inc. and its
wholly owned subsidiary, TrustBank was held on Monday, April 21, 2003
at 10:00 a.m. Bruce Runyon, President and Chief Executive Officer
of TrustBank, reported that total assets at December 31, 2002 were
$136,737,000 - representing a 5.74% increase during 2002. Capital
grew by 3.16% during the same time period to end the year at $13,519,000.
Runyon also reported that on September 13, 2002, TrustBank celebrated
its 90th anniversary. During its 90 year history, the bank has seen
two name changes. Olney Trust & Banking Company was formed in
1912. The name was shortened in 1983 to Olney Trust Bank in connection
with the formation of our bank holding company: Rich Land Bancorp,
Inc. The name was changed again in 1999 to TrustBank, following the
acquision of Cisne State Bank. The Board of Directors and staff of
TrustBank are proud of the 90 year history of the bank which has created
a tradition of providing premier financial products with superior
service.
The
following were elected to the Board of Directors: Peter A. Morse,

L. Doll, C.L. Glover, Jr., William R. Chandler, Edward E. Shake,
and Wilfred J. Cross.
