TrustBank Announces Changes to Board of Directors

Olney, Illinois - July 3, 2012 -   C. L. “Buddy” Glover announced his retirement from the TrustBank Board of Directors in June, 2012.  Glover served as a director of the bank for 22 years (1990 – 2012) and served as Chairman of the Board for the most recent 6 years (2006 – 2012).

With the retirement of Glover, Director John Kermicle was elected to the position of TrustBank Chairman of the Board.  Kermicle has been a member of the TrustBank Board of Directors since April, 2006.

To fill the open position created by Director Glover’s retirement, Bradley Doll was elected to TrustBank’s Board of Directors at the June, 2012 meeting. Doll is the co-owner of Doll’s Concrete.  He is a graduate of East Richland High School, Olney Central College, and the University of Illinois.  Doll is currently serving as President of Olney Little League and the St. Joseph School Board.  Doll and his wife, Mischelle, are both lifelong residents of Olney, Illinois and have 2 children, Reid and Riley.
