TrustBank Agriculture Loans Business

Providing financial services to farmers has been an important part of our business for over 90 years. We can help whether you are buying land, buying equipment, purchasing livestock or need operating money for your farm. Every loan we make is customized to meet your individual needs.

When you need a farm loan, call TrustBank.

Machinery and Equipment Loans

Nothing is more important to your farming operation than good, functional equipment. Our machinery and equipment loans make financing these purchases convenient. Our competitive rates keep more of your revenue in your pocket.

Regardless of the type of farming you're in, TrustBank can provide financing to purchase the equipment you need or to make other capital improvements.

For example, you can borrow funds for:

  • New or used tractors and equipment
  • Grain bins and facilities
  • Farm and home improvements
  • Farm trucks and vehicles
  • New buildings of all types
  • Farm improvements
  • Livestock facilities
  • Breeding livestock

Operating Loans

Our lines of credit are designed to let you purchase farm inputs and pay general operating expenses - not just when you have sold products.

Operating loans can be used for:

  • Loans for feed seed, fertilizer or any farm expense
  • Convenient lines of credit for all farm needs
  • General operating expenses
  • Money needed until your livestock reaches market weight

With an established TrustBank Line of Credit, access to your needed funds is convenient and available when you need it.

Farm Land Financing

As a landowner, you live on the land, work the land, and you understand the land. You know that opportunities for land acquisition may occur only once or twice in a lifetime. TrustBank is in the business of partnering with you to reach your financial goals. When these windows of opportunity open, TrustBank is available to help you take advantage of once in a lifetime opportunities.

NOTICE OF CHANGES IN TEMPORARY FDIC INSURANCE
COVERAGE FOR TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS

All funds in a "noninterest-bearing transaction account" are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31, 2010, through December 31, 2012. This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to depositors under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

The term "noninterest-bearing transaction account" includes a traditional checking account or demand deposit account on which the insured depository institution pays no interest. It also includes Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts ("IOLTAs"). It does not include other accounts, such as traditional checking or demand deposit accounts that may earn interest, NOW accounts and money-market deposit accounts.

For more information about temporary FDIC insurance coverage of transaction accounts, visit www.fdic.gov.
