TrustBank is proud to be a sponsor of Johnsonville Days. It is a time to visit with friends and neighbors. The event is located at Johnsonville, IL, just west of Cisne on 161. Johnsonville Days is the 1st weekend in August of each year. Activities start on Friday and end on Sunday afternoon.
TrustBank donated money so folks attending Johnsonville Days can purchase sodas at 1/2 price on Saturday.
Friday night is the Illinois Stock Pullers and local 4-WD truck pull. There is also Bingo at the pavilion.
Saturday is the Ruritanettes breakfast, Flea Market, Car Show, Tractor show, Parade, Mud Bog and a Ham and Bean dinner at noon.
The Johsonville King and Queen Pageant is at 5 pm Saturday.
On Sunday morning, starting at 10:30 am, is the chruch service. Area churches dismiss church to come out and support this. The Cisne High School FFA has handled the service for the past few years. They do a great job. After the church service, the Johnsonville Ruritans serve a fried chicken dinner with all the trimmings.
