A: It’s not difficult at all. We provide you with all of
the software and instructions you need to get started. If you
need help, our Technical Support Personnel will be glad to assist
you.

How will I be billed?
A: We will automatically deduct the charge from
the account you listed on your application on the 15th of each
month.
Q:
How will this affect my phone bill?
A: If you can make a local call to one of the
communities we serve, your phone bill will not be affected.
Q:
Can other members of my family have their own E-mail address?
A: Certainly. Each OTBnet service contract comes
with 3 E-mail accounts. Extra E-mail accounts can be purchased
for only $5 per month.
Q:
How fast will my Internet Connection be?
A: All of our modems support the V.92 56K standards.
The speed of your connection will depend on the speed of your
modem and the quality of phone lines in your area.
Q:
Can I use Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer?
A: Although we do not currently distribute Mozilla
Firefox with our software bundle, you are free to use another
browser if you so choose.
