A: Yes! You can use the card anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted-in stores and online. However, some online merchants may require Address Verification. This process requires that the billing address be "linked," or assigned, to the card's 16-digit account number. The cardholder must visit www.mydeluxecard.com to register his or her card; this will assign an address to the card. Once the verification process is complete, any merchant requiring Address Verification will be able to link a Billing Address to the card's 16-digit account number.

What happens if I spend all the funds on my DeluxeCard Visa Gift Card?
A: Your card will no longer be accepted as a valid form of payment. At this time, you can discard the card or keep it as a special reminder of the person who gave it to you.

How long does it take to receive a DeluxeCard Visa Gift Card?
A: After a card order is submitted, it is immediately processed and produced within one to two business days. Next, it is sent to the recipient via USPS First Class mail. They will receive the card order in the average number of days it takes the U.S. Postal Service to deliver mail from the DeluxeCard issuance facility (located in Wisconsin) to the final destination. Deluxe Financial Services cannot guarantee or expedite the delivery of cards shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
DeluxeCard Express Delivery, which delivers your order within two business days, is available for an additional $15.00 per card.
